Olympic Workwear terms and conditions comply with UK legislation, including the new Distance Selling Regulations. They are structured to ensure that customers can shop easily and with confidence. By using this website, you accept these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice and will not affect your statutory rights.
Olympic Workwear make every effort to ensure that specifications and product details are correct and have taken every care to ensure that the colours and photographs shown on this website give a true representation of the garments, though we cannot guarantee this in every case. We reserve the right to make changes to the items shown on this website. The prices quoted on this website are valid for Internet sales only and we reserve the right to change prices without notice.
All prices shown in this website are exclusive of post and packing, VAT and any other promotional offer and discount scheme. Any applicable post and packing and VAT is payable by you in addition to the contract price.
We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. Orders will only be processed once authorisation has been received. Olympic Workwear reserve the right to decline an order.
Credit card security is one of the top priorities at Olympic Workwear which is why we can guarantee secure ordering for our customers.
Olympic Workwear are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information provided by you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Although we endeavour to be accurate with all product details and prices, if a product or price is incorrect due to a typographical error we have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the original debit. We have made every effort to display the colours of our clothing ranges as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours that you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your screen will accurately render the exact shade of the product that is delivered to you.
Goods are delivered by Royal Mail or Courier and will require a signature on receipt. If delivery has to be attempted more than twice due to the recipient not being in to receive the goods, a second delivery charge may be made. Furthermore, if the recipient requires a delivery to be redirected, a second delivery charge may also be incurred.
Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us immediately. You must keep the original packing in case you have any reason to return your purchase.
In the unlikely event that you experience any problems with any product supplied by Olympic Workwear, you should telephone our help desk on 01753 811294. You can return any item of clothing for exchange or refund provided it is unused and returned in its original packaging and you have the Packing List documentation. This returns policy does not apply to altered, personalised or custom-made garments.
You may return carriage paid any product to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund less original delivery cost and a 15% re-stocking charge of the cancelled goods providing it is unused and with its original packaging and providing our original invoice has been paid.
Olympic Workwear will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that olympicworkwear.co.uk is prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond the control of Olympic Workwear.
The risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address. Ownership of goods remains with Olympic Workwear until payment for the goods are received in full.
We aim to provide a high standard of customer service. If however we do get it wrong we will do everything in our power to put it right! We will acknowledge any complaint submitted to us.
